บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาโมบายแอปพลิเคชันเงินออมทรัพย์ชุมชน กรณีศึกษา บ้านก๊อต ใต้ บนระบบปฏิบัติการแอนดรอยด์และไอโอเอส ที่สามารถบันทึกข้อมูลสมาชิกกลุ่มออมทรัพย์ชุมชน บันทึกการ ฝากถอนเงิน และช่วยลดขั้นตอนการทำงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ของกลุ่มออมทรัพย์ชุมชนลงได้ 2) ประเมินความคิดเห็น ต่อการใช้งานโมบายแอปพลิเคชันเงินออมทรัพย์ชุมชน กรณีศึกษา บ้านก๊อตใต้ โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ โดยใช้วิธีการ กำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง ประกอบด้วย ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการพัฒนาระบบและแอปพลิเคชัน จำนวน 5 คน และเจ้าหน้าที่บริหารงานออมทรัพย์ชุมชนบ้านก๊อตใต้ จำนวน 5 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ แบบ ประเมินความคิดเห็นต่อการใช้งานโมบายแอปพลิเคชันเงินออมทรัพย์ชุมชน กรณีศึกษา บ้านก๊อตใต้ สถิติที่ใช้ใน การศึกษา คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) โมบายแอปพลิเคชันเงินออมทรัพย์ชุมชน กรณีศึกษา บ้านก๊อตใต้ สามารถทำงาน ได้บนระบบปฏิบัติการแอนดรอยด์ 10 และไอโอเอส 14.10 ขึ้นไป และสามารถบันทึกและแสดงรายการฝาก-ถอน เงินของสมาชิกกลุ่มออมทรัพย์ชุมชนได้ 2) ผลการประเมินความคิดเห็นการใช้งานระบบโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ พบว่า ระดับความพึงพอใจจากการใช้งานในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ย (µ = 4.06) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบน มาตรฐาน (s.d. = 0.386) ผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมิน และสามารถนำไปใช้งานได้

บทคัดย่อ (English)

The objective of this research is to: 1) Develop a community savings mobile application, a case study of Ban Got Tai. On Android and iOS operating systems. That can record member data for the community savings group. And enable deposit and withdrawal transaction recording, and help reduce the workload of community savings group staff. 2) Evaluate the opinions on the use of a community savings mobile application: A case study of Ban Got Tai, by experts using a purposive sampling group methodology. The evaluation should involve five experts in the field of system and application development, as well as five community savings group management staff as a targeted sample group. The tools used in the study includes a questionnaire to evaluate the feedback on the use of community savings group mobile application in Ban Got Tai. and statistical analysis using the mean and standard deviation.
The study found that 1) The savings group community mobile application, in the case study of Ban Kot Tai, is compatible with the Android 10 and iOS 14.10 operating systems and is able to record and display deposit-withdrawal transactions of the savings group members. 2) The
result of expert evaluation on the system usage shows that the overall satisfaction level is high with a mean value of 4.06 ( = 4.0 6), and standard deviation of 0.386 ( = 0.386) Passed the evaluation criteria and can be used.
