Abstract (ไทย)

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดการบ้านพักผู้สูงอายุ ประเมินประสิทธิภาพของระบบสารสนเทศที่พัฒนาขึ้น และประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานต่อระบบ สารสนเทศ โดยการออกแบบระบบครอบคลุมการจัดเก็บข้อมูลห้องพัก ข้อมูลผู้สูงอายุ ข้อมูลญาติ การทำสัญญาการ เข้าพัก การชำระเงิน และการออกรายงานสรุปเพื่อสนับสนุนการบริหารจัดการ ระบบพัฒนาขึ้นตามหลักการวงจร การพัฒนาระบบ หรือ SDLC โดยใช้ภาษา PHP ร่วมกับระบบจัดการฐานข้อมูล MariaDB ในรูปแบบเว็บแอปพลิ เคชัน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระบบสารสนเทศที่พัฒนาขึ้นสามารถตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้ใช้งานและและช่วย เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการบริหารจัดการบ้านพักผู้สูงอายุได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญ โดยการประเมินประสิทธิภาพของระบบ ดำเนินการโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านระบบสารสนเทศ ผลการประเมินพบว่าระบบมีประสิทธิภาพในระดับดีมาก และการ ประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานซึ่งเป็นเจ้าหน้าที่ในบ้านพักผู้สูงอายุ พบว่าความพึงพอใจในระดับดีมาก ทั้งนี้ยัง ระบบสามารถนำไปปรับใช้กับบ้านพักผู้สูงอายุแห่งอื่น และมีศักยภาพในการต่อยอดสู่การเชื่อมโยงกับระบบสุขภาพ ในระดับที่กว้างขึ้นในอนาคต

Abstract (English)

This research aimed to design and develop an information system for managing elderly homes, evaluate the efficiency of the developed system, and assess user satisfaction toward the information system. The system design encompassed various management components including room information, resident profiles, relative information, admission contracts, payment records, and summary reports to support administrative decision-making. The system was developed following the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology, using PHP in conjunction with the MariaDB database management system in the form of a web application.
The results indicated that the developed information system effectively met user requirements and significantly enhanced the management efficiency of elderly homes. The system's efficiency, evaluated by information system experts, was rated at a very good level. In addition, the user satisfaction assessment, conducted among elderly care home staff, also indicated a very high level of satisfaction. The system shows strong potential for adaptation in other elderly care facilities and further development for integration with broader healthcare systems in the future
